Saint Teresa School welcomes students in grades Pre-k3 through grade eight into our warm, Catholic, family-friendly community where parents and teachers are partnered in the education of their children.  At Saint Teresa’s your child will be known; your child will be loved, and your child will be nurtured.

Our diverse school community offers a low student-teacher ratio (13:1), allowing us to know your child’s learning strengths and needs. With this knowledge we offer differentiated instruction which allows for each child to reach his or her potential in a caring and supportive environment that encourages growth intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, and socially.

Our standards’-based curriculum holds students to the highest academic standards while enabling them to think creatively and critically. The Saint Teresa School graduate leaves with a strong work ethic, good study skills, a strong academic foundation, and a life-long love of learning.

Saint Teresa School offers a traditional, pre-k through grade 8 school. According to the American Journal of Education (2007) students who attend k-8 schools (as opposed to a middle school model or grade 6 through 12 model) enjoy higher levels of achievement in both math and reading. The pre-k through eight model allows students to grow and mature in a safe setting.

Having had your child from kindergarten through grade 8, we have come to know your child very well. We know his/her strengths, interests, and areas for growth. We know what high school will best serve your child and will work with you as you apply for the right one.

Most Saint Teresa School graduates go on to attend Catholic high schools. Last school year 95% were accepted to Catholic high schools and of those, 50% received academic scholarships to attend Catholic high schools. Our graduates frequently report to us how well prepared they were for high school.

Saint Teresa School has a highly qualified faculty. The teachers have expertise in their respective discipline(s) and they are experienced with the grade level that they teach. At all levels, teachers work collaboratively to offer a high-quality program of study that includes STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
