school administrators, teachers, and families. All tuition payments will be made through this system.

Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. Families may also apply for financial aid assistance using the FACTS website.

    Supporting documents required from parents may include a present 1040, a recent W-2, a 1099, and other verifying documents

  3. Receive Your Notice

    Once your information has been accepted by FACTS, you will receive an email confirmation within 3 weeks.

How do I apply for financial aid?

Applications are submitted through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. The online-only application can be found here.

What documents do I need?

To submit your applications, you will need your recent 1040, recent W-2 and any supporting documents.

Do I need to re-apply for financial aid every year?

Yes, financial aid is reviewed yearly and only the families who apply for the next school
year will be considered.

 

I want to pay my tuition by check. Do I still need to make an account?

Yes, all students must have an account through FACTS. If you pay by cash or check, we still need to login to your account on FACTS to apply the payment.

I am starting in the middle of the school year. Can I still apply for financial aid?

Financial aid awards are given out to families before the start of the school year. Unfortunately, we are unable to give additional awards after the start of the school year.

 

When should I create/renew my FACTS account?

The sooner you create your account on FACTS, the longer you will have to pay your tuition. Tuition payments for the upcoming school year run in 10-month increments. If you wait longer to sign up, you will have less time to pay which will reflect with a higher monthly payment.

I need to make an account and apply for financial aid. Can I do both of these together?

You will have two steps. You must create an account to pay for tuition, and you must also apply for aid by clicking “Start Application”

I am having problems with FACTS. Can STS help?
