Made available through the Diocese of Providence, St. Teresa Parish and the school, applications for financial aid are submitted each February for use in the upcoming academic year. Tuition assistance monies are awarded in the Spring.

Tuition payments are made through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) managed by Facts Tuition Management. There is an enrollment fee of $50.00 per family for FACTS. Payments are made on a monthly basis through FACTS beginning in August and ending in May. FACTS toll free number is 1 (800) 624-7092 should parents need to contact FACTS for any reason.

In order to apply for tuition assistance, families should complete a tuition assistance application and submit it to our needs-assessment provider, FACTS Management.  Applications can be obtained at the FACTS Management website, or at any Catholic school within the Diocese of Providence. One application is sufficient for all siblings attending Catholic schools, K-12. Awards are not renewable, so families must reapply each year.

The deadline for completing and submitting an application for tuition assistance in anticipation of the upcoming school year is April 1.

The tuition amount is set on a yearly basis and every effort is made to keep this amount affordable to working families. Parents have the option to pay tuition in full by the first week in June, or, monthly payments through the FACTS Tuition Management System.
